The BTZ Convention Bureau offers rooms in different price ranges to all exhibitors, visitors and participants of the WINDFORCE 2014.

Payment has to be made directly to the booked hotel.
Please note that if you arrive after 6 pm at the hotel, you have to contact the booked hotel. Reservations without guarantee can be taken otherwise, as far as no other information is present.
The rooms are booked on definite basis. In the event of amendment, cancellation or no-show, a cancellation is free of charge until 24 hours before arrival. Exceptions are: Maritim Hotel Bremen – 10 days prior to arrival, Steigenberger Hotel Bremen – 7 days prior to arrival, Courtyard by Marriott Hotel und Dorint Park Hotel Bremen – 48 hours priot to arrival. Afterward the relevant hotel’s cancellation terms shall apply.
